   Motions:
   

   I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-014 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On September 20, 2005, student 05/06-X-014 was in possession of drugs/imitation/prescription with the intent to sell and/or distribute while on the campus of Jeaga Middle School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.	-	PASS
